I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and cleaned daily. However, our room overlooked a music theatre next door which was very loud at night. After requesting a room change, we had to shower and change in the spa as the new room was quite small.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although a bit small, offered a nice view of the Delphin Imperial. However, the noise from the music and entertainment could be heard until late in the evening, which was a downside. The service was a mix of experiences, with language barriers but exceptional assistance in other areas. The location was lively and had lovely views, but lacked some privacy. The dining options were varied, but the quality was inconsistent. Overall, a decent place to stay with family for a few days.

The rooms were small and overlooked the entertainment area, but they were stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks. Service was exceptional, with staff guiding us to the 24-hour Sapphire Bar. The location was lively and family-friendly, featuring lovely hideaway spots and concrete pathways to the beach bar. The dining options were plentiful but lacked quality. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

Our stay was delightful with spacious rooms that fit all 5 of us comfortably in a duplex on the 6th floor. The room was well-equipped with a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks. The only downside was that the matrimonial bed was a bit small, around 1.40m wide, and the single bed/couch could not be opened up.

The service was absolutely fantastic with staff removing towels from sunbeds promptly at 08:30 and being incredibly polite and attentive, especially the roller blading bar waiters who ensured we always had drinks by the Relax Pool. The location was ideal, with picturesque concrete pathways leading down to the bar by the water and a 24-hour sapphire bar offering a variety of snacks and full meals. The dining experience was a mixed bag; while the food was plentiful, it lacked in quality, with tasteless and stale offerings. The facilities were adequate. The price for the stay felt reasonable given the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, filled with beer, soft drinks, juice, chips, and a chocolate bar right over the main door. However, the staff, though exceptional, had a slight language barrier issue with English. The location was another great feature with lovely views, but the branded drinks were replaced with local brands that were not enjoyable.

Overlooking the Delphin Imperial, the hotel offers a mix of entertainment during the day and night, perfect for families with kids. The Duplex room was spacious with all amenities, including a daily restocked mini bar.

The hotel offers spotless rooms with a mix of comfortable and slightly small beds. The staff works tirelessly to enhance your stay, but noise from neighboring entertainment venues can be bothersome, especially if it runs late into the night. The scorching heat adds to the overall experience.

The hotel staff work hard 24/7 to keep the rooms spotless. Even though my room overlooked the entertainment area and the music was loud until late, the team did their best to make my stay comfortable. The bed was a bit small but overall standard.
